These terms apply to your use of dluxmiami.com, our booking platform and the services provided by D LUX (“we”, “us”). By booking or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

We provide mobile carwash, auto detailing and housekeeping services at participating buildings and residences in Miami, Florida. Packages, prices and availability shown on the site may change. We may refuse or reschedule a service where safety, access or capacity requires it.

2. Bookings and payment

Bookings require a 50% advance payment; the remaining 50% is due when your vehicle is delivered. Accepted methods include card, Zelle and, where offered, payment in person at the location. Tips are optional. Prices are in US dollars.

3. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can keep our routes efficient. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the advance payment.

4. Access and your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing access to the vehicle or area (valet, garage, residence) and for removing valuables from the vehicle. Information you provide must be accurate.

5. Text messages

By providing your mobile number you agree to receive booking-related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D LUX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please report any concern about a service within 24 hours so we can make it right.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new date.
